Conclusion

pp. 239-252

This chapter serves as a brief conclusion to the enterprise conducted in this book. I return at the end of this enterprise to the evaluation of the relation between the parafinite or indefinitely large and the imagination which was initiated in Chap.  1. We may find manifold intimations for the future course of this project as the cultivation of a new way of modern thinking, outlined, if we look to see it, in the work of Kant and Shelley. Here the notion of intimation is itself the kernel of a practice of the visionary inhabitation of the indefinite.
