Multitasking inquiries

Einav Katan

pp. 133-137

Katan explores the buildup of physical assignments in the practice Gaga. The chapter follows case studies as "have thick balls moving in a floating flesh!," from their experimental point of view. Following the mutual implications of coexisting instructions, the chapter points out the implicit challenges of the practice. Katan examines the intensified physical coordination and suggests that it increases the cognitive activity of dancers in return. This analysis sets the directive inquiries for the following chapters in "Gaga: The Physical Practice of Intelligence."
