Legal positivism's answers to the neoconstitutionalist challenge

The rebirth of legal positivism we have seen over the last two decades in the theoretical debate among English-speaking scholars, or at least in the Oxbridge mainstream, can be considered an answer to the challenge that Dworkin aimed at Hartian positivism (Leiter 2003).
