(2017) The mathematics of mathematics, Rotterdam, SensePublishers.
Late in his life, Vygotsky became highly critical of his own previous work and began to (a) radically reorient his inquiries and, in the process, (b) radically rethink his already continuously developing theory. But his rethinking was only in the be-ginning when death ended his life. In the introductory quotation, written only weeks prior to his death, Vygotsky likens himself to Moses, who had seen the Promised Land but never could actually reached and set foot on it.
